Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email convourstudios@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our listed return address is Sunward Park, East Village, Boksburg, Johannesburg. Please follow the full return instructions provided when your return is accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
