Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods; we will keep you informed of delays.

South African delivery

Standard shipping within South Africa is free if chosen with bundle packages.

Our standard delivery estimate is 3–15 business days. Please allow for the order-processing period as well. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

International delivery

International shipping is R310 for destinations where an international delivery option is available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability before paying.

International delivery times vary by destination. Please email us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate for your country.

Available delivery options

The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout. Express delivery is not guaranteed; please do not assume that an express service is available unless it is offered at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery delays

Courier disruptions, weather and other circumstances may delay delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help investigate.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Convour Studios cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
