Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a set threshold — check our store for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Convour Studios is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Convour Studios cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
